Call-out fee

This is the minimum charge for us to come and visit your technological item, also known as a consultation. This covers up to 1hour of investigating and hopefully solving the issue.

Labour Costs (after 1hour call-out)

If the issue is to severe for us to solve within the 1hour consultation, we will charge an additional £20 per hour for every hour spent on the item (after the first consultation/call-out hour is up).

We will keep you informed all the way and if new parts are required we would discuss this with you before actioning.
